MechaGodzilla, you have Supergirl logos, but skipped over what I thought was the best and most distinctive for the character launched in (I believe) 1970-- I had that Supergirl Logo in my pile of 50 rejects towards this countdown and I was based on my own reading habits and all that ... the Supergirl Logo that I posted a day ago is the one that I seen the most and the one that you've shared with me and the one that I shared with you here is the one that I've only seen just briefly. That's inflamed my decision to put that in my pile of 50 Logos and all that. It is a great logo and I do agree with your arguments here. Thanks for sharing that.

Number 40The Incredible Hulk From Marvel Comics Notes: From now on, I'm not displaying any Comic Book Covers until I've reached Number 10; and that logo will have one Comic Book Cover associated with it. I'm going to do my top 40, slowly and methodically to make sure that my order is correct and in proper placement. I just being extra careful and wanted to let you all know that. Back to my LogoThis logo is my all time favorite logo of the Incredible Hulk Logo and it's was influenced by watching the 1996 Incredible Hulk Cartoon. This cartoon and looking at all the Hulk Comic Books that I've read - this logo is a winner in my book because it's uses Purple and Green and those colors represents the Hulk itself. See picture below for my 1,000 words or more. That's why that logo will always be my favorite and nothing can change that.

Number 39Ms. Marvel From Marvel Comics For Ms. Marvel ... I prefer the Blue and Yellow Logo ... because it's appropriate one because it's fits the original Ms. Marvel when she looks like this. The Yellow being the predominant color and the blue being the enhancer color of this striking logo it's refines her looks just beautifully. Yellow stands out on a comic book cover if the background is dark and dreary and that's why I liked this combination of Yellow and Blue over any other color for this character below you. It's a bold and powerful look for this character and having said that to you ... this is a winner in my book and my book alone. You have to work in the logo for the character that you are tends to promote and that's why I prefer the Yellow over the Red anyday.

Number 37 Number 38 Booster Gold From DC Comics Blue Beetle From DC Comics These two logos needs to stay together through thick and thin and they one of the most colorful characters that DC Comics ever created and I was a fan of the Blue Beetle more than Booster Gold. I like Booster Gold when he teamed up with the Blue Beetle and I considered his logo is a little bit better because of the "$" is being used to replace the "S" that normally be there. I thought that the Blue Beetle is a bit plain but bold and I like the color blue that was used here. Anyway, these two should be together and I wrestled and thought that it is important that these two buddies should be together ... Originally, I had Booster Gold at placement #34 and the Blue Beetle at #42 and with that alone and sorry that I had to do that let this logo to move up so suddenly; but I did that for a reason because of this unique pairing and all that. Booster Gold went down because in the last 4 days ... I found 3 logos are better than this one and rightly so. Strong points about Gold's logo is the dollar sign is used instead the letter S and the shading of the yellow inside his logo that's kind of making it a gold bar effect and that's a big selling points of that logo. Bad Points of his logo is that the Blue Trim surrounding the logo is not even uniformed and streamlined. Blue Beetle is too plain and ordinary looking but it's colors and boldness stands out and I know that all members are a bit critical of my logos because I find these logos like Blue Beetle are some of my favorites and most of all I like the charm of it. Note: I'm taking the rest of today and tomorrow to look at the next four logos and make a decision to place them in good order. One of my favorite covers and they both graced on Mister Miracle's ... Anybody for Pizza ?!?!?

Number 36Cyclops From Marvel Comics This logo is very difficult logo to find an example of and I was told by a friend of mine that he seen this logo during the time when Cyclops looks like this in the Comic Books. He vaguely remembered it and I just having a hard time accepting it for that reason alone. This logo is very cool and very original and would stands out on a cover of its striking red and dark blue colors and quite different design that I've feel it's truly unique one in Marvel Comics. I've spent over 20 hours in the past two weeks looking for an example of it in a Comic Book and/or Splash Page or whatever and so did my friend and feel sad that we couldn't find one picture of it. This is a bonus for today and I'm going to resume this thread on Wednesday starting with Number 35.

The Booster Gold and Hulk ones are particularly good. I guess I never realized that Cyclops had a logo.

Number 35Daredevil From Marvel Comics Remember my complaints about the Avengers Logo (see below) ... the Daredevil Logo is a very slick logo and its really an excellent logo ... The "Devil" part of the logo is that the letters are too darn close and its doesn't do me any justice at all and I'm quite fond of the "Dare" part of it and that part made this logo to be ranked at Number 35. The "D" in Dare is very well done and that makes this a very special logo and it's quite bold, powerful, command a presence and most importantly ... it's a classy logo to look at in any Daredevil Comic Book. I share both the Bad and the Good here ... clearly shown here and that's my final analysis! Daredevil is one of my favorite characters.

Number 34All New Captain America From Marvel Comics A rare Modern Comic Logo on my thread. Why this logo is rated down at Number 34 ... the answer in two words "All New" in Red and that the part that really kills this logo and this is one of the best Modern Logos that I've seen. I saw this logo at my Local Comic Book Store about a year ago (came out in 2014, I've believe) and fell in love with it and that's why this logo is on my countdown here. If they got rid of that stupid "All New" ... I would had this logo in my top 10 for sure. That's why this logo is ranked at this position and the way they did the Red and White in "Captain" and the White and Blue in "America" is a thing of beauty and I'm deeply sad about this rank. I did not read this book but ... marveled the beauty of this logo hands down! Just Gorgeous at Number 34. I'm going to take a few days off from this thread and resume on Wednesday or Thursday ... I'm way ahead on Schedule here.

Number 33Flash From DC Comics Another Modern Logo (a rarity on this thread, and my 2nd) ... I loved the logo used in the Geoff Johns version of the Flash and it's a fantastic logo that really pops and the colors really represents the Flash just on the nose. It's striking, modern, carry a presence, and most of all ... it's invokes speed and dynamics that really captures your fancies; and furthermore its really serve its purpose for this character alone. Nothing wrong with this logo ... but, this logo is very ordinary, lacks color (secondary), and its needs something for order to move up in the ranks. But, talking to a dear friend of mine that goes to my LCS ... Geoff Johns and couple of other people had this logo in mind when they set out to do this comic book; and I'm kind of skeptical about that and I've didn't want to get in an argument with him. Anyway, I've just fell in love with this Flash Logo and the only one that's cracks in my top 50 in my countdown and rightly so. So, this book came out around 2011, and my Captain (see below) America came out in 2014 ... with that in mind and I've double checked my list again and these two logos are the only modern logos on my thread and knowing that ... it's came to me as a pleasant surprise to all of you here. And, back to back ... I may add here! ... What a pleasant surprise it is!
