For @bert and other Kiss fans... Here's a first look at the new Space Ace Kiss Mego, part of wave 7, due out late August/early September, but won't be at Target, you will have to find a smaller retailer or order online form the likes of Entertainment Earth, Big Bag Toy Store, etc. -M

^ sucks that I won't be able to order from Target. but now that i know when it's coming. . will look to see if can snag via Amazon Think Geek stores are carrying them physically (not just through the website), and some Gamestops since they are the same parent company, but not all Gamestops. Walmart.com is carrying them but not the actual stores. B&N is supposed to sell them as well, but I am not sure if it is just online or if they will physically be in stores. Big Bad Toy Store and Entertainment Earth both sell them online. Amazon has some online. Rumor has it the new 8 inch DC stuff in the pipeline will be Target exclusives again, but Targets are putting all their current Megos on clearance, so not sure how true that is, but if it does happen they are supposed to move from the toy department into the collectibles section. In Canada, the surviving Toys R Us are carrying them. So there are options even if Target is out of the picture for now, but I prefer to buy them in person when I can, so I agree, it sucks that these aren't at Target as we do not have a Think Geek store near us and the Gamestops we have are not among those carrying them. -M

^ Peter Criss but seriously, thanks for sharing! I looked into ordering online for the remaining two Kiss figures, and interestingly, they don't refer to the Spaceman as "SpaceAce" but rather as Tommy Thayer Spaceman. but they ARE referring to Catman as Peter Criss. I'm thinking that the stories that Ace finally gave in and sold him makeup to them in 2015 (instead of just licensing it to Gene/Paul) might be an untrue rumor, and that's why they have to refer to the figure as Tommy Thayer Spaceman? regardless, I was a little surprised to see that the figures pre-order are in the $24 range, since Target.com carries them for about $14.. but as you say, won't be carrying these waves. guess I"m gonna have to pay if I want to complete my set

If you look around, you can probably find them in the $20 range rather than $24. Target was able to go lower since the were exclusives and the bought the entire run in bulk, smaller retailers aren't getting that kind of bulk discount, so retail is a little higher on the newer stuff, but I understand. The 14 inch DC stuff went up from $20 to $24-28 depending on the retailer and figure (the Manta figure seemed to be shortcased and was going for even more), and that kind of took them out of casual purchase to have to think about price range for me, and I ended up not getting them. I may if I can find an Aquaman and Manta at a decent price, but will pass on any of the new versions of the trinity. -M

Haven't seen any new regular 8" Megos at any Targets since late last Fall - so, I've pretty much given up on collecting any of the newer ones. If they can't be made available at the store(s) that is supposed to be selling them, then I won't be wasting my time trying to find them.
No interest in the 14" line either. If they were 12", I may have gotten at least some of them. But, as it stands don't want to collect yet another scale - that doesn't go with any of my figures I have.

The Target exclusive was only for 2018. As of Jan 1, they were no longer Target exclusives, and Target chose not to carry most of the new line after that, only renewing for the exclusive Legends line, which consisted of Joe Namath, Andre the Giant, Marilyn Monroe, Farah Fawcett and Muhammad Ali. The other new lines were only available through retailers who bought them through the wholesaler License2Play, which Mego partnered with. So Think Geek/Gamestop, Walmart online only, Amazon, Big Bad Toy Store, Entertainment Earth, indy toy or comic stores, etc. are the only pace to find them. It was Target who chose not to move forward after the exclusive period ended. That said, rumor is that the 8 inch DC line Mego previewed at Mego Meet this year will once again be Target Exclusives, but nothing definite has been announced. -M

So where is my best bet for finding Mego's from Wave 1-6. Mostly looking for Monster figures. Secondarily Star Trek. And maybe a few misc. others.
I know I'm late, but I just couldn't pull the trigger earlier and even when Wave 1 first hit the local Target didn't have much. I stopped by there Saturday and they have almost nothing left.
I don't want to break the bank and I'm really struggling to find much. Also I haven't bought from a lot of online venues other than Amazon so I don't know who to trust.

I looked at Big Bad Toy Store. I'm finding a fair amount on Amazon as well.
I'm about to pull the trigger on an order at Target. All full price (except Namath), but they really just never had anything at the local Target (to the extent that a 40 mile drive is local) and I never got there anyway. Probably will be Action Jackson, Joe Namath and one of the two Mirror Universe sets.
