A million years ago, a frequent letter col writer named Bob Rodi (now an author) floated his idea to team Hawkgirl, Batgirl, Wonder Woman, Supergirl, and a couple of other female heroes as the Amazon Brigade. (Maybe it was in a JLA letters page?) I recall a letter about that back in Justice League of America #58 (1967), but it was by frequent letter writer Leonard Rosenberg This has been bugging me. I think now that it might have been another frequent letter hack, Joe Arul, but after checking both his and Rodi's names in the GCD, I came up empty on the letter I'm thinking of. I'm almost positive it would have been in JLA, but so far, no dice. It's tough getting old...

I was always more into the Classic Guardians Of The Galaxy. IDK Marvel almost always had a more grandiose outlook on space versus DC at the time
