The ten-issue Space Man launched as issue #1253 of Dell's legendary Four Color Comics, with the regular series numbering beginning with #2. A title featuring Jack Sparling interior art with Joe Gill scripts, the series' covers have been said to have been provided by talents such as Kelly Freas, John Schoenherr and Richard Powers, among others. Was recently thinking about some more modern SF comics that I had read, some of which had nice covers, and realized they should have gotten some love in this thread. Mainly, I was thinking about Millar's Starlight, and these lovely retro covers by series artist Goran Parlov: And this one by Francesco Francavilla: And this one by Tommy Lee Edwards: The cover to the first issue of Relay from 2017 is also quite nice:

Doing a little thread necromancy here to post some recentish SF paperback covers that I've always liked because they have such a retro look. To wit, the first-run pb covers on John Scalzi's Old Man's War series, all featuring lovely paintings by John Harris:
