Catwoman is another favourite character of mine, so I may as well put her worst costume out there. What says 'cat' more than green sequins and glasses stolen from a Far Side librarian?  |

I have never had a problem with this particular costume. It's better than the painted-on purple costume she had during the Balent years!

Remember flat top wearing Black Canary?  Pretty much the same costume of corset and fishnets, but the flat soul boots and the flat top hair didn't work... |

Zatanna is one of my favourites, and she has had some bad looks over the years. This attempt to make her 'street' from 1993 is pretty awful. Why was it so hard for DC to grasp that most of us love the top hat, tails and fishnets combo?  The costume is terrible, but the one thing that mini had going for it was beautiful Esteban Moroto art. And by one thing, I mean only thing. |

I've always kind of liked that costume... I have never heard of anyone liking that particular costume. I was reading Detective Comics regularly when it first appeared and I remember when they made a public display (on a cover of Action Comics Weekly) when they got rid of it. It was one thing pretty much everybody agreed on while they were fighting over whether or not Crisis on Infinite Earths was a good idea or whether Jason Todd should be killed or whether or not Spidey's black costume sucked ...
The Black Canary's new costume had to GO!
(Maybe part of why I disliked it so much was because of how bad the Green Arrow backup was most of the time.)

Those back-ups were kind of bland for the most part but the one good thing we got out of it was the introduction of Bonfire as a Black Canary rogue. I can't believe no-one has used her since.  |

I was actually referring to Catwoman's Balent costume, not Black Canary's. |

I was actually referring to Catwoman's Balent costume, not Black Canary's. Oh! Sorry!
The Balent costume isn't that bad, I guess. But I liked it better when it was gray or black and made of leather and she wore goggles.
