This makes me think of that time when I was about nine years old and I stayed overnight with my friend Daryl. And he had a stack of comics that included quite a few comics that I hadn’t read. It included a lot of horror comics that I had never looked at before. Man-thing. Tomb of Dracula. Fear. And probably a lot of others I don’t remember. In the morning, Daryl said he was gonna make us breakfast, and he started to make cookie dough, which he apparently like to eat raw with a spoon right out of the bowl. Daryl’s mother came in and asked me if I wanted a real breakfast, and I had eggs and sausage and toast, and talked to Mrs. Hundley while Daryl was eating cookie dough and watching cartoons. |

I just realized that there's no Batman this month. I'd have thought that it would be monthly. At this point, Batman was published eight times a year. Along with Superman, Superboy, Flash, Green Lantern, Justice League and a few others. |
