Monday's shaping up to be a great TV night for me: Big Bang Theory, Forever, Scorpion, Gotham...
Are you enjoying this series of BBT? From the first 6 episodes, I'd rate them as 4 awful, 1 mediocre, and 1 OK-ish. I thought pretty much the whole of the last series was terrible, after a big return to form on series 6. Even the rabid fans on TV.com seem to have given up on it

Sheldon telling Amy it was too late for Raj made me chuckle.

I'm still hanging in there, in the hope that it will get better again (as it briefly did for series 6), but I'm living on nostalgia mostly - maybe a dozen or so good episodes in 4 whole series + 6 new episodes of this one is not a good return. I can honestly say that I didn't even crack a smile for 4 of the 6. It's that good old fanatical completist comic-buyer mentality again: "yes, I know that issues 6 to 397 have been crap, but the first 5 were great, and I really like Bat-Pony and anytime soon it could get better again..."

I was out of town for a few days, so I didn't get to watch any of my usual shows, but when I got home last night, I caught this week's episode of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and was really blown away. If they'd had episodes like this from the outset (and, yes, I understand the reasons why they didn't with the second Captain America movie and all), this show would have a much bigger following than it does.

Gotham- love this show, some people have complained that it is slow but I like the acting and the stories are intriguing.
Arrow- started the first season, I like it so far. Just have not had the time to continuing pushing through it.
Blacklist- missed the first 4 episodes of the new season and am just starting to get caught up. Too many times I watched some episode from season 1 as I was falling asleep, which is a bad thing to do because there is a lot to remember.
Criminal Minds- best crime drama IMO, still watch it religiously
Stalker- great show, intense and creepy too. Has an interesting plot line developing.
I have some questions on the Flash, Constantine and Forever. Wondering what some early thoughts are.

There are threads for Flash and Constantine in the DC Media board in the HOJ section.

We have three shows we like on at the same time (Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Supernatural, and Face Off), and since we can only record two at a time (and watch one), we watched Agents, recorded Supernatural, and recorded the repeat of Face Off at 11:00. Really excited about the finale. We've only watched two seasons of Face Off so far, but it's one of our favorite shows, surprising because we typically avoid "reality" shows like the plague.

We've watched it since season one, and it is one of our favorites too. It's not like a reality show though, in that it doesn't go for fake (melo)drama and wallow in the negativity. When someone is having difficulties or doubts, they do show it, but for the most part it showcases the creativity and shows the group of contestants being supportive of one another and helping each other out in times of need. It just has a really positive and uplifting vibe in hat sense, setting aprt form other reality or talent showcase type shows. -M
