The trailer for the upcoming TNT series The Librarians looks like it might be fun and reminds me a bit of Warehouse 13.

My first thought was it reminds me of Warehouse 13. My second thought was I need to finish Warehouse 13. I'll probably give this a shot.

John Larroquette, Rebecca Romijn, Christian Kane, and a cute redhead? I may have to be in on The Librarians.

I think I like bad sci-fi TV/movoes more than good.

All of my usual shows have hit their mid-season finales, with a mixed bag of results.
Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. was phenomenal, continuing the string of strong episodes that has been nearly every week this fall. Big reveals, nice little Easter eggs for the hardcore fans. Cannot wait for the spring season, and I'm hoping Agent Carter is worthwhile to fill the gap.
Sleepy Hollow was better than I had expected and had a nice little swerve at the end, so I'll be back in the spring to catch the rest of the story after I've wavered with staying onboard this fall.
Supernatural was, to be honest, a pretty big letdown. It was a fairly standard episode, and while the end may have seemed dramatic, there was no big reveal and what happened wasn't unexpected. It's probably hard to do anything shocking after 9+ seasons, but it felt less like they were building to this moment or more like they just threw "mid-season finale" on the episode because they weren't going to show any more episodes until after the holidays.

I am really digging that CW "The Flash" show. I shouldn't really say I'm "digging" it because I've only see 1/2 of two episodes. But this past week's episode was fantastic. I normally don't find shows from that network worth watching, but it's pretty damn good, imo.
And, um, hell yeah: FIRESTORM. He showed up on the show this past week. WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE.

Agents of SHIELD now onto a 2 month hiatus - booooo! This series has been mostly excellent, and they've just introduced the Inhumans to the MCU. Still, Agent Carter will hopefully be a decent filler for the long, long weeks waiting for AoS to return

Last night, I was excited to see Richard Attenborough's Miracle on 34th Street that also starred Mara Wilson, Elizabeth Perkins, and Dylan McDermott last night and 15 minutes into the movie my power went out and stay out during the complete run of the movie. When the power came back on just as soon the movie was over. What a bummer to have no power for almost two hours and miss this delightful holiday classic.

Binge watching Toby Whithouse's The Game on BBCAmerica On Demand. It's nothing mind blowing but it's a pretty solid and intriguing story about cold war espionage in the '70s UK.

I still haven't started watching SHIELD though I keep meaning to give it a try. I hear that it got better after a rocky beginning in the first season - is that acurate?
