Three thoughts...
1) I just saw that yesterday as the post-credit scene in No Way Home
2) Shuma Gorath!
3) I think that's the Dr. Strange from the What If? series at the end.

Re 2: Potential spoilers based on published toys:
It might not be Shuma Gorath, the Lego set uses the name Gargados for it (one of Namor's beasties in the comics, a giant one-eyed Octopus). It definitely does look more like Shuma Gorath than Gargados BTW (except for being quite a bit smaller). Possible that for this Gargados is just offspring/ally/avatar of Shuma-Gorath, but that is pure speculation. |

It's a bit small... but feeling pretty confident that's Kate Bishop in the scene with the doorway (assuming the other person is America Chavez, based on the jacket and her powers fit in with the movie. Cool that she'll be there, but seems an odd fit.

maybe.... It was kinda small to see. wishful thinking, perhaps... I want Young Avengers! It has to be coming. They've been very methodical in introducing the characters in the Disney + shows. Obviously Stature was already in the films, but now we've had Speed and Wiccan in WandaVision, Patriot in Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Kid Loki in Loki, and Kate Bishop on Hawkeye. That has to be an intentional plan. Now America Chavez. All we need is the spark in Iron Lad, which is also essentially set up with the coming of Kang and the multiverse. |

The only thing that makes me hopeful is Sam Raimi.
Odd that he has to ask Wanda about the multiverse... and then she says Vision knew something about it... huh?
I'd like it better if it was a standalone..

Looks like they're getting into stuff or characters that came after my time, like the guy with the horns. S/E still mostly too flashy for Strange, to my mind, not atmospheric enough. But all the Mrvel movies kind of have the same look, so that's to be expected.
