Off the top of my head, I always loved Spidey and Scorpion's rooftop dust up in Amazing Spider-Man #22; lots of bruise-inducing violence and flying masonry.
It's been ages since I read it, but I remember the big finale of Kingdom Come, being a pretty heavy duty fight.
One really good fight that I only relatively recently read was Miracleman vs. Kid Miracleman in Alan Moore's Miracleman (their first big fight, prior to Kid Miracleman ending up catatonic in hospital).
The big superhero battle in Civil War #4, in which Goliath is killed, was pretty memorable too (and pretty bone crunching).
