I'm more excited about the upcoming antagonists that may appear before Season 7 is over, since there is a promo pic of a head on a spike.
Bring on The Whisperers...

The end was much too predictable, other than that, season 7 is above ok so far, which is a reflection of my opinion on the main villain. I love the actor, but I'd admit he overplays it a tad. It's not the governor, but with Negan, we have an adversary with some substance (although he's pretty chaotic).

I've heard a lot of people bash Negan on the show, but I'm the complete opposite.
Negan is the only reason I haven't tuned out yet (the comic is vastly superior to the show overall IMO).
To me, Jeffrey Dean Morgan captures the essence of the character from the comic perfectly. He's a terrible person, yet somehow incredibly charismatic.
He brings a great sense of dark humor to the show as well.
Hell, I'd say he's my favorite character on both the show and in the comic.

I enjoyed the first few episodes of this season, but man, the back half dragged. I agree with criticism that it was too decompressed, and I felt the end of the gang reuniting was incredibly ham-fisted and cheesy with the synchronized walk to the sappy music, but at least it bodes well for the second half of the season to be more action-oriented and for Team Grimes to score a win.
I do really like JDM's Negan, though. Much more understated than in the comic, but it just works really well for TV, makes it more realistic I think.

My prediction about the next major Negan kill is... Sasha. She's been cast in a leading role in the new Star Trek: Discovery series.
Also, Abraham was seen filming scenes, which might be one of those dream/spirit sequences before her death.

My prediction about the next major Negan kill is... Very logical and sound thinking. But please let it be Carl...

Cannon-fodder with an attitude. On a less happy note, I'm getting the feeling this is Carol's last season.

French artist Boulet makes humourous recaps of every Walking Dead episode. His video games recreation are pretty amusing, and he nails the characters' likenesses! Linky-dinky(It's in French, but the visuals speak for themselves).

Anybody ok with Eugene's move? I dunno, but I wish Negan would make him cut his mullet! A Eugene and Dwight team-up probably isn't too far away though by the looks of it.

It'll be difficult for Dwight to seduce him, where the three girls failed, but who knows, maybe it was Abraham he was focused on, while he watched his peepshows with Rosita
