One thing I noticed is besides the rebirth thing they are also doing all number one issues again like a month later or to so a full reboot again as well !!?? It's not a reboot. It's more like a rededication to the fans and characters. Or a marketing ploy to recapture slipping marketshare in the Diamond charts. -M

I make no apologies for my excitement over Rebirth.

I'm hopeful and like what I'm seeing in the Super-titles.

I don't don't know how I missed this before but it makes me smile: The Super Sons are back! And with Jonathan Hickman, Esad Ribic and J.H. Williams III attached to it I'm really thinking it's going to be good. I really liked Lois and Clark and that certainly looks like Jon "White" Kent to me but it's not which is a slight bummer but it still should be fun.

I like the concept and will give it a shot, but love it with Hickmam, Ribic and Williams III in the mix.

DC apparently did it's own previews for re-birth, which I got in my DCBS box... I'm underwhelmed. A couple things look like interesting elseworlds more than DCU books (Lex, Super-Man, Super Sons, etc).. I'm mildly interested in what they do with the Titans (though I have no idea what the deal is with Wally, or how they can do it without whatever Dick Grayson calls himself this week), and I'll keep buying Gotham Academy, but that's about it

Yeah
I liked the Super Sons back in the 70's. As a kid myself, it was exactly the coolest thing.
40 years later, and updated concept, and that creative team; it's hard not to at least try.

Nope, it's Thomas Wayne and Jon Kent and it's an Elseworlds series.

DC revealed their new company logo today. It's a circle with the classic DC letters in a bold font with a baby blue color to it, very sharp looking if I do say so I wish that they could have at least put a star inbetween the D and C, but that would probably be met with a lawsuit by Dolche and Gabana

Until DC shoes goes out, designs combining the letters DC with stars will likely result in DC getting served cease and desist or infringement lawsuits. -M

It's an ugly logo, IMHO (that font is just horrible), but it's infinitely better than that peeling band-aid thing they have at the moment - truly one of the worst corporate logos ever unleashed on an unsuspecting public.

I like it. It reminds me of the logo they used in the early-mid 70s before the DC bullet logo. Has a retro feel to it.
