Ultron I find annoying followed by Kang.
I kinda like Ultron 6 but then he got taken out real quick.
Then the giant ultron 7 was just dumb

I was never a big fan of Graviton, sorry.
I don't mind Kang. I enjoy his over-the-top manner and the time-travel/alternate dimension hi-jinks that always follow in his wake.

If you find Ultron and Kang annoying, I have some bad news for you in terms of reading Avengers.

Wasn't a fan of Kang, or many of the earlier Ultron stories. I thought he was better used by Shooter and Busiek. Baron Zemo, before they killed him off, didn't really enthuse me. He looked too much like a goof and needed the Enchantress and The Executioner to make him a threat.
The original Masters of Evil seemed like a decent threat; but, later incarnations varied widely in threat. It was a long time before they were used effectively, by Roger Stern and John Buscema. Really, most villain teams never worked very well, apart from the ones that were created as a complete unit.

Kang is awesome! Kang is so awesome that it doesn't matter that most Kang stories don't make any sense.
And I love the way he was defeated by the Wasp and the Teen Brigade in his first appearance. I've always wondered why Kang, that vindictive s.o.b., never went after the Teen Brigade.

Count Nefaria. I liked him as a Mafia don, but the super-powered version is just silly.

The only Kang story that I've really enjoyed is Avengers Forever by Busiek.
I would consider Kang to be their best foe though.

The Avengers definitely had some annoying bad guys back in the day, but most of them weren't recurring. I'm hard pressed to think of a recurring Avengers villain that I really found annoying.
Maybe Attuma? He only fought them a couple times, but I never found him interesting. Or any of Namor's villains, for that matter.
I find Thanos to be annoying, but he appeared in a lot of good stories, so he gets a bit of a pass.

You must be blind, Crimebuster.
The bad guys such as Ultron, Kang and even Magneto they kept coming back to try to get back at the Avengers but they always lose.
the whole Masterminds of Evil were annoying all together too.

Kang is so incredible that when I read his OHotMU entry, I stopped at the second paragraph because it was making my head hurt. And this is coming from a fan of Rachel Summers, the princess of convoluted back story. Just another testament to Kang's boundary-crossing villainy.

I guess the Space Phantom is the closest thing I can think of as an annoying recurring Avengers villain. I think Ultron and Kang are great, though yes, Kang's time traven shenanigans can start to make your head hurt after a while.

Kang, hands down. Whether he's Rama-Tut, Immortus, Scarlet Centurion, or his usual self, dude bores the bejeezus out of me. One of the reasons I put together my Avengers Triumphant proposal was to see if I could write a Kang story I didn't hate. I'm not altogether sure I succeeded.
Cei-U! Ultron is just as overused but at least he has that nasty Oedipus complex to keep him interesting!
