All really good ones. Great to see Brave & the Bold & All Star Comics on your list.
Love the Robin logo as well. Many readers are probably not aware he had his own solo series in Star Spangled Comics #65-#130(1947-1952).

The All-Star Comics logo is great!
I like the Robin logo, but it incorporates Batman's cowl, making him seem like just an appendage of Batman. I kinda like the one you show with Robin's head in it. That's different.

Number 10a The best sidekick logo of all time ... its pure gold and the reason for that ... Isn't Robin's the first sidekick logo ever created? By the time of Who's Who in the 1980s, official logos had been created for a number of DC's teen and/or sidekick characters, but over at Marvel, I'm not sure if any had been created for Bucky, Toro or anyone else--at least from the Golden to Silver Age.

I've don't pay attention to those details and I'm very weak on the sidekicks logos over at Marvel Comics and all that ... Marvel Comics from a dear friend of mine told me that Sidekicks don't need them ... at DC Comics it's a different tune ... I've think you are right about Robin being the first Sidekick logo created.

In the 1960's Marvel didn't use teen sidekicks. DC started giving sidekicks solo stories as back ups usually in their mentors' own title in the 60's.

I know Bucky and Toro were teamed up in Young Allies, but I was referring to the characters never having an official logo created for them in the Golden Age. About Marvel not using teen sidekicks, in the 60s, you did have the retconned WW2 Cap stories with Bucky, Rick Jones was always around (with or without his Teen Brigade), later to briefly wear Bucky's costume, so its not as though Marvel would not touch that kind of character. Even for licensing purposes, comic companies would create a unique logo even for obscure characters. One would think with Bucky--a fairly popular supporting character considering the endless revivals/impostors/flashback stories in the 60s/70s--would have earned his own logo.

No Number 9 in this CountdownNumber 8bBatman From DC Comics One of the most iconic and most recognizable logo of all times and most legendary equaled or better than Superman's ... To me, this logo is far more impressive than Superman because of that logo has the head of Batman and the Wings of a Huge Bat. That's Batman's logo and how I see it coming from the first Origin Story ... that's retells the story of Batman's legacy as a Crimefighter better known to us as the Caped Crusader. I prefer the Red over the Yellow and having talked to members at my LCS ... the Yellow has some meaning to and that's the color of Moon and thinking about that ... reminds me of the Bat Signal and knowing that ... both of them should be on equal grounds and not the Red being my favorites. Yellow is used a lot here. Anyway, this logo is universally and world wide and every Country that I've visited in Europe in my three trips everywhere ... I see Europeans wearing Batman Tee-Shirts and even in my trip to China in 2000. Great Logo Anywhere ... Favorite Picture of Batman

Don't forget Mary Marvel and Captain Marvel Jr., both from Fawcett.

Number 8aBatman and Robin From DC Comics See reasons in the previous posts and I say this this is a logo that really stands out for the test of times. Legends of Legends of the best logo in the Golden Age by most readers and you can't get an argument out of me. I just find this is the best logo containing a primary hero and a sidekick all in one powerful logo ... both colors works really well and I don't have to explain why. I just loved it anyway! My favorite Batman Actor - Adam West His first major guest star - Jill St. John Burt Ward as Robin the Boy Wonder

Thanks for shaxper.I wished that I could had included Mary Marvel in my Countdown and when you do this project ... you are bound to miss one logo ... and that's Mary Marvel here. I don't really care for Captain Marvel Jr. Mary Marvel could been ranked anywhere from 90 to 100 and even made the 50 Rejects too.

I like 8b a bit better than 8a, but they're both very good.

Number 7Miss America From Marvel Comics My love for the Golden Age Continues ... until to the very end and matter of fact there is no Silver Age nor Bronze Age from now on. You can't dismiss this logo ... because it's crisp, gorgeous, loved the stars that graced in the white section so uniformed that it's really enhance it. Loved the grace and the simple lines and the word "Miss" done in a very feminine fashion ... I've prefer the Red over the Blue for personal reasons - because it's brighten the logo in a very cheery way and that's the main reason why I love the Golden Age so much. The blue one the Cover of the first Miss America - dulls it and still packed a great punch that's rings just right for my own book. Yellow works too ... and I was surprised to see this ... Great Logo at Number 7 and one of my favorite Golden Age Character!

Number 6Blue Bolt From Blue Bolt Comics #1 (June 1940) / EC Comics / Novelty Press A rare Non DC and Marvel Logo that made my list and I had him as high as Number 1 and 2 and because of that ... I had to drop it down to Number 6 because of the letters "L" to "T" that runs on the left side of the cover is a no-no in my book. I feel that this logo is a winner with those blasted letters and it's a rare logo to see these days and always fascinated by it. Further Research of this logo revealed different logo that I've never knew existed until a couple days ago ... Joe Simon did the writing and the drawing of this character and he did these two logos too and they are pretty darn cool! Later on both Joe Simon and Jack Kirby got together and collectively did this logo and I find it a gem of a gem and because of that ... I did not know about this until a few days ago and because of my reading habits - I have to make a decision to drop this logo down to Number 6 ... If I had known about this ... this logo would had been my Number One. They worked together for 12 issues and that's pretty much sums it and that a big shame on their part. Read the link for more info. That's logo is a GORGEOUS logo and I just loved the beautiful colors of Blue and Silver (gentle touch of) working together ... Top 5 coming your way!
