Wouldn't a Daredevil/Batman story by Frank Miller be the ultimate 80's fangasm?

JSA meeting The Invaders could have been pretty cool. Maybe Roy Thomas would be the best writer for something with them? Has Byrne ever worked with Thomas? Oh, it would have to be Roy. To be honest, I can't recall a specific comic they worked together on; but, would have to believe Byrne worked on something of Roy's, when he started at Marvel.

Wouldn't a Daredevil/Batman story by Frank Miller be the ultimate 80's fangasm? Depends on what era Frank Miller we are talking about; 80s Frank Miller, yeah. Today's Frank? Well........................................ Make it Doug Moench and Bill Sienkiewicz on Moon Knight and Batman and you have a bet!

Unless they collaborated on a story for one of the Conan books (which I haven't finished indexing), the duo never worked together.

Don't recall Byrne getting near Conan, unless it was in MTU, and most of what I saw of Byrne, there, had guys like Claremont writing.

Actually, a triple feature with DD, Bats and Moon Knight would be great, as long as there is a scene where they all three collide, while swinging through the city.

Wouldn't a Daredevil/Batman story by Frank Miller be the ultimate 80's fangasm? You're close, but not quite. It should read - Wouldn't a Daredevil/Batman story by Alan Moore and Frank Miller be the ultimate 80's fangasm? I'm not a huge fan of either, but I would have bought that just to see the fireworks. And I would've SO hoped they did a joint interview in The Comics Journal about it. ... why no, I'm not on drugs.

Didn't seem to cause a fangasm, but there was a Batman/Daredevil x-over back in 2000: Haven't read it, but would like to, since the book had a pretty solid creative team.

Alan Moore and Frank Miller on Daredevil/Batman? This is as close as you got. I believe it was a parody in a UK magazine. . I used to have the printed out version on copy paper.

GCD agrees - there's no record of a story scripted by Thomas and drawn by Byrne.
