I bought my Roku this weekend and after a bit of hassle, got it going! I didn't have much time to really play around with the DC Universe channel, but I did watch an episode of Super Friends and the first episode of Titans. Kind of difficult to navigate around, but I will get used to it. Looks like some cool stuff there. Was happy to see all the seasons of Lois and Clark on there. Are those comics you can read on there too? It looked like that, but I didn't get to play around much. So far, so good! As for Titans....I actually enjoyed the first episode. Raven didn't annoy me as much as I thought she would and I really like Starfire. Dick Grayson certainly doesn't need Batman here! One thing I noticed about the Roku....it got really hot. Is that normal? Yes, kind of like Comixology, you can read comics on the screen.
I've been reading Starman I missed the first time around and am enjoying them.
Looking forward to the season finale of Titans.
Everyone I know that has seen it has liked it.

I'm not subscribed to the service but this looks like it might actually be fun. This series premieres in February and spins off of the Titans series that debuted this year. I was not at all impressed with the Titans previews but this seems better by comparison.

I have pretty much zero knowledge of the Doom Patrol, so a bit of a n00b question - is this Cyborg supposed to be the same Cyborg characters as the one in Teen Titans? If not... WTF? If they are meant to be the same, then... also WTF?

It's the same Vic Stone, I'm assuming, as from what I've read he's going to help link the Doom Patrol and Titans shows.
Obviously this is not the standard DC continuity from the comics.

I watched the episode of Titans that features The Doom Patrol yesterday and it was excellent! I’m liking Titans, but .....I may enjoy DP more if it’s as good as the episode where they debut.

I watched the first 4 episodes of Titans tonight (up through the Doom Patrol ep) and am quite enjoying it. Not sure when I'll get to see the rest though with my work schedule after the holiday.

I finished Titans and wow....not what I was expecting and I am very ready for season 2, especially after the post credits scene! I typically don't really care for Raven, Starfire, Changeling/Beast Boy, but I did like them here (much better than in the comics), especially Starfire (sad that the actress was treated so badly on social media). Loved how they introduced Donna Troy. And that Hawk and Dove episode.....very well done. Hurry season 2!
Looking forward to Doom Patrol next month!
I watched The Spirit movie from the 80s and loved it. I missed it when it was tv back then and what a treat to finally see it. Also watched the Aquaman featurette and started Superboy.

My brother was supposed to have set the VCR back in the day when that original Spirit movie was on tv but bungled it due to fumbling around with his new girlfriend !
Didn't know it was available. Will have to sit down with some popcorn and watch it.

As of now, just 11 hours until we get new Young Justice episodes.
I read the 2 Chapter original DC Universe exclusive comic and could not be more excited.

Finally saw that Spirit movie from '87.
It was actually not half bad.

hondobrode I really enjoyed The Spirit movie too. I liked the cast and thought Sam Jones was very good. I watched a few of the Filmation Batman episodes too. Lots of fun stuff to revisit!

I've started Young Justice and am having a hard time getting into it. I cannot stand to hear Nightwing's voice. The show is a bit more violent than the previous seasons. I do like Superboy being a main character and I like Geo Force.
I noticed all the Christopher Reeve Superman movies are gone. I hadn't watched the 3rd and 4th once since I had seen them at the movies and was looking forward to revisiting them. I did watch the Legends of the Super Heroes...yikes! I remember watching it on tv in 1979...it doesn't quite hold up today but still fun, ha!
