I've been catching up on Young Justice on the streaming service. I re-watched Seasons 1 & 2 as I hadn't seen them since they were broadcast nearly 10 years ago now. I really enjoy this iteration of the DCU. I am ow 4 episodes into the new third season of episodes. They've taken some interesting directions on some of the characters, but I still haven't quite gotten the feel yet what this season tone and theme are going to be. It's starting to take shape, but hasn't quite jelled yet.

I watched the first episode of The Doom Patrol And loved it! Very different feel from Titans. I liked all the actors , the plot, and humor. Very well done DC!

I thought it was very good too.
My son has always heard me talk about the DP and he liked it too.
You know Danny the Street will be coming; that'll be cool.
I'd like to see some of the other lesser known characters too like Mento, Dorothy Spinner, Celsius and others I've forgotten.
Girlfriend and I are going to watch this together this weekend.

I watched the 2nd episode and it was bonkers but fun! And I like this version of Cyborg way more than the movie version.

Going to jump on the bandwagon and just agree....Doom Patrol is a very engaging show. Doom Patrol holds a special place in my comics heart as one of my first comics contained a reprint from the original run (SuperTeam Spectacular I think) and my return to comics in college coincided with the start of the Morrison run.
A perfect blend of original run with Morrison's run, I couldn't ask for anything more, so much goodness to be mined there - thankfully ignoring anything else by Kupperberg, Byrne, etc as far as I can tell so far. Also thought the idea of each "hero" coming from a different era - 50's through 90's I guess - was genius. Can't wait to get more backstory on the "older" characters - and how old does that make the Chief. And any show who's first episode ends with a flatulent donkey....well what more needs to be said. As a side note, this is my first post anywhere, so please pardon if I messed up on the etiquette and feel free to provide feedback.

I saw on IMDB that Superboy has been cast with Australian actor, Joshua Orpin. I am sure they will darken his hair and based on the few pictures I have found, I think he will be good (just based on looks, ha!) Not sure of his acting ability. Glad to see Conner Kent coming to the show!

Another awesome and wild episode of Doom Patrol! I’m having a blast watching this. Tonight, there’s quite a bit about Negative Man. Also a wild trip to Paraguay complete with a Nazi spa!

Haven't seen the newest episode yet.
Was at girlfriend's last night. Watched pilot with her. She was meh about it (though to be fair, I think she was drifting in and out of sleep). She really likes Fox's X-Men.

I just saw from trailers that they have adapted my favorite storyline from Grant Morrison's run, the Nurnheim arc. I wasn't interested before but I am now.

DC announced it is pretty much going the Marvle Unlimited route for the comics for the service today...from Bleeding Cool
and from DC's press release...
They also announced the release date for Swamp Thing (this spring), showed a first look of Stargirl, and provided a return date for the second half of Young Justice Outsiders accordingt o headlines I saw when I got home from work but I haven't followed up to see what they are yet.

So having looked at it now, Swamp Thing debuts May 31st and Young Justice returns July 2nd.
In addition Titans season 2 will be in the fall and the Harley Quinn animated is a late fall debut.
