I'm more into DC's offbeat and genre stuff. So my list wouldn't just be superheroes. But:
1. Sandman (Wes Dodds)
2. Lois Lane
3. Wonder Woman
4. Jonah Hex
5. Unknown Soldier
6. Black Canary
7. Green Arrow
8. Warlord
9. Supergirl
10. Starman (Jack Knight)
