Some forgettable ones (Thor 2, Iron Man 2 & 3, Age of Ultron) and one truly pointless one (Guardians 2). But the worst has to be The Incredible Hulk.

definitely Guardians of the Galaxy 2 for me.. the first one was barely watchable, the 2nd I didn't even finish. Iron Man 3 is pretty bad too.. I'd take that as a close 2nd. GG2 is odd to me. I remember LOVING it, but I honestly can't recall what I loved about it beyond their doing more to explore Yondo's relationship with Peter. GG1 is actually tied for my favorite Marvel film (with Black Panther). Nearly all the Marvel films are pretty generic, largely uncreative plots with great acting and CG, but GG1 had real heart at its center. The sequel had heart too, but I don't recall the plot as fondly.

Captain Marvel was the worst for me. I also haven't liked any Avengers film after the first one, or any Captain America film after the first one.
I haven't seen anything that came out in the last year.

Wow, you didn't like Winter Soldier? Easily in the top three MCU movies for me.

I have loved every MCU movie I had an interest in seeing, and haven't bothered with the ones I wasn't interested in. None have left a bad taste in my mouth.
The only one that had me raise my eyebrows at some points (and I still think it's a very good movie) is Age Of Ultron. And that's minor issues, like Ultron's characterization as this quippy business guy (though I know it's meant to represent him being 'fathered" by Tony Stark) and War Machine being the butt of some jokes, among other things. Overall still highly enjoyable.
I know they get a bad rep, but I adore IM 2 and 3.

It's surprising how our respective "best & worst" lists of MCU movies differ so much. It's also probably a sign that they do not really differ in terms of quality, but in terms of how they resonate with each of us.
Unlike, say, the direct-to-video Captain America film... or the one that was on TV in 1979. (I'd rather have a spinal tap. No, not the Spinal Tap movie. The actual operation.)

If the last time you saw the film was on the big screen, you may have very different feelings towards it than someone who just watched it for the third time on DVD. It's amazing how GOOD some truly BAD (or even just adequate) films seemed in the heat of the moment.

The MCU has expanded to the point where I feel it's no longer necessary to watch Every-Single-Film, leaving me free to pick and choose which ones I'm interested in watching. Granted, it remains the majority of them but there have been a few exceptions. That being said, my choice would be both Ant-Man films. I have little interest in the character (especially if it's Scott Lang) so I didn't feel the need to see either in the theater. In fact, I still have yet to see the first one and the only reason I saw the second one was I wanted to see how it connected to Infinity War and Endgame. The Wasp sequel was decent but I thought the emphasis on more humor seemed a tad too much. The humor throughout the MCU films has generally been good in doses but here, it pulled me more out of the film. Maybe it's also because I'm just not that big of a Paul Rudd fan. As for the other mentions, I have no qualms with the Thor films, I love all 3 Iron Man films. I like Age of Ultron especially on rewatches (thank you TNT) but I think it's enhanced some now by what we learned and saw in Wandavision.

I haven't seen anything that came out in the last year. Civil War was probably the worst Avengers and the worst Captain America movie, it's the opposite of a Reese's' Peanut Butter Cup. First Avenger was a good foundation and a decent movie, leagues better than the 1990 film (even though I haven't seen it since I was 8), but Winter Soldier did so much to improve upon the story and Steve as a person of moral consciousness. Falcon & The Winter Soldier had a lot of highs and lows too, some of it I wonder why they even bothered putting it in, but it felt refreshing when compared to the taint of Civil War

Thor: Ragnarok: Some like his film, but Hemsworth only captured that non-nonsense, forceful side of comic Thor in the 1st film. Ragnarok reduced him to uncharacteristic comic relief all due to Disney/Marvel wanting to salvage an underperforming Thor movie series. I've found the only person other than me who didn't like Thor: Ragnarok very much. It felt like self-parody, as if it was premised on the notion that this is all stupid. Humor is cool, but it went overboard. I all didn't like how casually characters were killed off. It was a scorched earth approach. On the hand, I disagree on the Ant-Man movies. I think they got the humor just right. Scott, and other characters like Luis, were funny, but in a way that still seemed grounded enough. Scott is learning new things and he can get in over his head, but he still has realistic emotions and it feels like there are real stakes.

I liked it when I saw it in the theater but came to have a different opinion in hindsight. The deaths of the Warriors Three flat out offended me, Anthony Hopkins seemed bored, and Jeff Goldblum was at his self-indulgent worst. I did like the performances of Hiddleston and Blanchett, the Dr. Strange interlude, Tessa Thompson's take on Valkyrie, and the scenes of Surtur laying waste to Asgard. Still, I like Dark World better.
And am I the only one who finds the absence of Balder from the Thor films puzzling?
Cei-U! I summon the disappointment!

I, too, did not like Ragnarok. Agreed that it had way too much humor for such an apocalyptic subject. And why they merged it with "Planet Hulk" I don't know.
I liked The Dark World. Not as great as the first film, but good.

Avengers: Age of Ultron, without a doubt. That is the one MCU movie I have absolutely no desire to ever see again. I kinda liked Iron Man 2/3 and Incredible Hulk. I still haven't seen Captain Marvel, so I can't comment on that one. From the previews, it doesn't look like something I'll be in a hurry to see.
