The worst Doom story was the Fall of the Hulks storyline with the Intelligencia cr*p. Also the Daredevil story where they switched bodies. Yes I know this is a classic issue (and I need to find it), but the whole thing is absurd.

I never read the DD issue with doom, only the follow up where the FF fight Thor him and Spider-man because of it. But Doom has switched bodies on several occasions dating back to FF # 10.

I think it makes more sense for Doom to switch bodies with members of the FF or Silver Surfer, since they have crazy powers. He could have picked any of FF's friends besides Daredevil.

Voted for Fantastic Four # 4, but only because Pirate Thing is my favorite. (And Doom does have a sweet-ass tiger.) Triumph and Torment would be my favorite straight-up Doom story. Since I love team-up books so much I really dig Super-Villain Team-Up. and I really like Doom's appearance in Marvel Team-Up: He ends up as part of an ad-hoc team with Spidey and some Avengers fighting Cotton Mather in Salem, 1692 AD. There was a Bendis Avengers Doom story a while back that I remember really disliking (and there was some internet outcry about it, too) but I don't recall any details. It's

I have fond memories of that MTU arc (or at least the third part, which one of my friends had when we were kids) but the story makes NO sense at all!
