Hal Jordan ThoughtsHe was considered in my book the greatest Green Lantern in the history of DC Comics until they screwed him over turning him into the villainous Parallax that I did not care about at all. There is a lot of Hal Jordan haters (even here) that I know about and I don't want to get into that and I felt that he never, ever had any amount of beans that people cared about him. I felt that DC Comics did not do an ample job on him and he was worthy a ring bearer of ultimate power -- and holder of the most powerful weapon in the universe. He utilized his ring to the maximum and took real care of it and understand it's limitation of knowing that he must recharge his ring every 24 hours. In this panel -- he uses on of Doctor Light's transistors to recharge his ring to stop him and that's how resourceful he really is. That story of the Justice League and Doctor Light was one of my favorites and always be. That example show hou resourceful he really is. How powerful he really is? Check out this link for more information. The DC New Frontier is a really neat story involving an different aspect of Hal's life that's worth noting for. He destroys the Centre. That's another way of looking at the resourcefulness of Jordan. His Origin in Justice League New Frontier More coming on Monday --

Wrap Up Thoughts Later Next WeekVillainous Parallax As the SpectreI'm going to wrap up this with Parallax and Spectre and couple other stuff from Hal Jordan to conclude this thread. I'm been at it for two months plus and I'm going wind this down and proceed from there. I wanted to share these things and going to try to make it work in a sensible way possible. Anyway, I will try to keep it civil and simple as possible. This is going to be my last thread ... Sorry everyone. Note to Everyone
I just felt with the heat, running a club, and among other things -- I just felt that I need to close this thread for good. I'm thinking of having a low presence for the rest of the summer and proceed from there.
I'm not going to add anymore things to this thread. I'm a little burned out.
